From research to execution

Over a period of more than a year, the agency teamed up with the Forum team to introduce a new flavor to a conservative market. Challenges varied from choosing the right color to making sure the brand would appeal to its targeted market. A segment of more than 600 consumers participated in the tasting and introduction phase of the brand, giving the pilot team confidence in the product. Today, the brand is slowly claiming its place on the market with consumers accepting a different but better flavor.
